Gear Update — Lazer Helmet
Another piece of race-day equipment is officially in.
With support from Project Echelon, I was able to get a Lazer Victor KinetiCore aero helmet for training and race day. It's a purpose-built time-trial/triathlon helmet with an integrated visor and a profile designed to reduce drag when I'm settled into the aero position.
I also added a For the 22 campaign decal to the rear of the helmet. It fits the matte finish perfectly and gives the helmet a little more identity without turning it into a rolling billboard.
This one is more than just another gear purchase. Project Echelon helped make it possible, and that support is another reminder that this campaign is steadily becoming bigger than just one athlete preparing for a race.
The helmet will be part of my setup as I continue building toward IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga in May 2027.
