One Piece at a Time
The ISM saddle arrived today: an ISM PR 3.0 60 performance saddle.
The bike has been one of the biggest equipment hurdles in preparing for my first 70.3, and small pieces of support like this continue to chip away at that barrier. ISM stepping up with a saddle gives me another legitimate piece of triathlon equipment that I can carry forward once my permanent bike setup comes together.
There's also something encouraging about seeing the gear accumulate piece by piece. A few weeks ago, much of this campaign existed as an idea, a training plan, and a whole lot of emails sent into the abyss. Now companies and veteran organizations are beginning to put tangible support behind it.
One piece at a time, the race setup is coming together — and so is For the 22.
